Bill Lord, General Manager
Bill began at Mitchell Mechanical as service manager in October 2000. He has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Bill is a vital part of the day to day operation of our company. He is available to customers for questions, concerns or comments. He is devoted to the customers of Mitchell Mechanical and is here to serve you.

Gus Loaiza, New Construction Manager
Gus has been employed at Mitchell Mechanical since April 1995. He oversees all new construction installs, basement system installs, room addition installs and other jobs that require expertise in new installations. Gus’s loyalty to quality installations over the years makes him a steadfast team member.

Kevin Cofer, Service Manager
Kevin started at Mitchell Mechanical as a field service technician and has used his skills and “customer first” attitude to move up into the service manager position. Kevin is the go to guy for all service related issues. He oversees all service technicians and replacement/retrofit crews. Lindy Strickland, Human Resources and Office Manager/Customer Service/Dispatch
Lindy has been employed by Mitchell Mechanical since August 1994. Her many years of working with owners, Chris and Kathy Mitchell allows her to follow in their footsteps and strive to consistently put the customer first. The pride they put in their work and dedication to Mitchell Mechanical make it a great company for customers and employees. Lindy’s experience with customers in the service and installation department makes her a great asset to the company.

April Johnston, Assistant Service Manager/Customer Service/Dispatch
April began her career with Mitchell Mechanical in February 1996. She has enjoyed many years at Mitchell Mechanical because of the family like atmosphere amongst all the employees and the owners, as well as, the relationship she has built with the customers. She values being an assuring, familiar voice to long time customers over the phone and lending a caring ear when they are in need of help. Her experience enables her to provide customers with dependable knowledge and confidence that their needs are being met.
