I stated using Mitchell Mechanical when I first moved to Georgia 13 years ago. I wouldn't even consider calling another company at this point. They are always on time and there are never any surprise charges. I have a maintenance plan with them and my systems are now 25 years old and still running strong. In my opinion they are still going because of the great service I have recieved from Mitchell.

My a/c went out late Friday evening. My elderly mother lives with me and I knew I couldn't wait all weekend to get it fixed. I called several companies but couldn't get anyone to call me back. I called Mitchell and Todd called me back immediately. He came out the same night and got my a/c working. I am sure I interupted his dinner but he didn't complain. I was so relieved not to have to rent a hotel for the weekend and have to move my mother and all her medicine and equipment for the weekend.
